What is palo santo? Palo Santo (Bursera graveolens) is a wild tree native to the countries of Ecuador & Peru. It is most often encountered in the form of its heavenly aromatic heartwood, cut from naturally fallen trees. It can also be known as holy wood.

Each bundle is wrapped with a piece of black silk chiffon that can be re-used as a bracelet, necklace, or other purpose.

Size: each stick approximately 4 in. x .5 in.

Ingredients: 3 palo santo heartwood sticks, chiffon material

To use: place one end of a stick over a flame (best at a 45 degree angle) for 30-60 seconds. Remove from the flame and let it extinguish naturally (do not blow the flame out). Place in a heat-proof bowl and enjoy. You can extinguish the stick early with water or dirt/ashes and re-lite again.
